Quality Policy

The Management of KLK Group has established the following leading objectives: 

1. To achieve full customer satisfaction through strict compliance with the requirements of the contracted work.
   
2. To keep a high level of innovation in the development and manufacture of its products and its services within the framework of a system of continuous improvement.
3. To follow punctually and thoroughly all relevant legislation referred to all the activities of the Company.
   
4. To achieve, as much as possible, the greatest motivation on quality in all its collaborators.
   
5. To keep certified Quality System, according to the UNE-EN ISO 9001/2000.

To achieve these objectives, the Head Masters of KLK Group promote the implementation of the following:

• Establishment of the Guide of General Procedures and Instructions, as the reference for the development of all the activities to enable quality management and towards continuous improvement.
• Maintenance of Quality System by conducting internal audits and periodic inspections.
• Determination of non-compliance of work with contract requirements and standards.
• To ensure that all the personnel of the company is completely familiar with the objectives and quality policy of the Company (set annually in the review of the Quality System by the Director), through the preparation and training programs that develop at all levels of the company.
